I have built my reputation on the hallmarks of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to my customers, real estate professionals, builders, title and insurance companies, and individual home buyers. When I am not originating loans, I spend my time with my lovely wife and my three beautiful kids. I love to go golf, exercise, and football.
One of the reasons I was afraid of dealing with mortgage companies is becuase of all the horror stories I had heard from other people working with other companies. However, working with Erik made me feel like I was in good hands. He was always quick to respond to any emails, phone calls, and/or text messages. He never made me feel like he was being bothered by any of my "silly" questions. I will definitely recommend him and go to him when/if I get another house. Thanks Erik! :D
I want to take the time out to let everyone know what a wonderful experience my husband and I had working with Erik Maya. After searching for a home and trying to get financing and being told we had to wait for one or more reasons we contacted Erik Maya. The process was smooth and they guided us through every step of the way. They worked with us and helped us on the items we needed to get resolved in order to get approved. I can honestly say if it were not for Erik we would not be in the home right now! Erik and his staff’s dedication and professionalism exceeds the rest by far. They truly strive to make your dreams a reality. I highly recommend Erik to everyone out there that is looking for a home now or in the near future, don't get discouraged when others tell you no because it can and will happen once you go with Erik! I look forward to working with you on the purchase of our next home.
